- Submit a Nomination Form – Tell us which physician, specialist, or facility you’d like added.
- We Reach Out – Our team contacts the provider to explain the opportunity and gather required documentation.
- Credentialing Review – Each provider is thoroughly vetted using NCQA-aligned standards to ensure they meet our quality expectations.
- Network Decision & Notification – Once approved, we notify you and integrate the provider into our directory.
Most nominations are processed promptly, with clear communication at every step.
